Northsound Utility and Construction, Inc. is owned and managed by Harmony Jelinek and Marcus Woodland.

Bringing over 45 years of combined industry experience, Northsound was created for two reasons:

1.  To provide the area with a quality underground utilities construction experience, and

2.  To create a workplace within the industry where a balanced work life IS possible.

We believe strongly in these two simple things and we strive for this for every single employee with in the company.  We believe that we can do this through one simple thing:  a happy knowledgeable experienced team.  We invest in our team though continuing education, a mandatory safety and training program and a strong benefits package.  And we work in Snohomish, Skagit, Whatcom, Island and North King county EXCLUSIVELY.  This is part of our core values, and part of what makes Northsound Utility different.
